I am writing to be considered for the Creative Operations Manager (Contract) role at AllTrails. Nearly all of my work has been contract-based, so stepping into temporary roles and delivering immediate impact is something I know well. I learn new systems quickly, adapt to team culture, and when it makes sense, improve processes so they’re more effective and sustainable after I leave.

In recent roles at DLP Media Group, FILM45, and Detour.com, I’ve managed resourcing, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications for large-scale campaigns and creative pipelines. My work has included streamlining workflows, negotiating vendor contracts, and building reporting dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility. These are the tools I rely on to keep projects moving and teams supported in fast-paced environments.

I’m also an avid hiker and long-time AllTrails member. After the Eaton Fire destroyed many of my favorite local trails, I’ve used the app this year to discover new places to hike and reconnect with the outdoors. Supporting your team during this coverage period feels like a natural fit for both my skills and my connection to your mission.
