ABOUT ME

I’m Jeanette, a Los Angeles–based production leader originally from Northern California, with more than 20 years of experience across television, film, live sports, branded content, experiential, events, and digital media.

My work sits at the intersection of creative, production operations, and finance. I’m at my best taking ambitious ideas with a lot of moving pieces and turning them into clear, workable plans—building the teams, budgets, schedules, systems, and infrastructure that allow great work to happen.

Over the years, I’ve worked with production companies, networks, agencies, startups, and in-house creative teams on everything from lean, fast-turn projects to multimillion-dollar productions. My background spans line producing, production management, production finance, and operational leadership, with experience both in the field and behind the scenes building the systems that support multiple productions at once.

Lately, I’ve been expanding into live sports, including work with the Natural Selection Tour and, most recently, Tennis Channel. It’s been an exciting evolution of my career and a natural fit for how I work: fast-moving environments, complex logistics, strong teams, and plenty of problems to solve in real time.

I still take on select freelance and contract projects, but my focus is finding the right long-term home in production leadership. After years of moving between production management, line producing, production finance, and Director/Head of Production roles, I’m looking to bring that breadth of experience into a permanent leadership position where I can shape production strategy, strengthen operations, develop teams, and build systems that support great work at scale.

Outside of production, you’ll usually find me hiking somewhere around Southern California with a podcast in my ears, checking out a local brewery, shooting still photography, or filming a walking video for my YouTube channel.
