Amazon Live Sports Production
Dear Hiring Team,
I'm reaching out to be considered for the Production Manager role on Amazon’s Live Sports team. This job lines up well with what I’ve done—especially over the last few years—and with the direction I want to keep moving in.
At FILM45, I worked directly on live sports productions for the NFL and FIFA, as well as branded activations and live concerts filmed across the U.S. The sports content involved travel, crewing, scheduling, and field logistics across multiple cities—managing both real-time and planned elements under tight deadlines. For the concerts, we filmed for later broadcast while running live feeds on-site for the audience. It was hands-on work that required coordination across departments, time zones, and formats.
I also bring a strong background in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting—skills I built as a Production Accountant and later applied as a Line Producer. I’ve learned how to translate financials into plain language for creative teams and executives, helping everyone stay on track without needing to dig through spreadsheets.
I’ve worked across unscripted, branded, and live content—with crews ranging from 10 to over 100. I’m equally effective working remote, in the office, or in the field, and I’m comfortable navigating the realities of live event production, crewing, compliance, and budget control.
This isn’t just another application from someone looking for a gig. It’s a move I’ve been intentional about.
