From call sheets to chaos — wrangling content for 20 years. Professionally (mostly lol) — and always with coffee.

Like a lot of folks in entertainment right now, I’m riding out a job market that feels more like a demolition derby than a career path. I’m doing everything I can to stay in it, which means sharing my resume and credit list far and wide in hopes that it lands on the right desk (or inbox, or Slack channel). I promise I’m not trying to clutter anyone’s inbox—I’m just trying to do something besides battling with broken ATS systems and endless fake job posts.

I’ve got 20+ years under my belt as a Senior Production Manager and production lead, and I’m ready to step into a Head of Production role—especially in the unscripted or branded content space, where I’ve spent the most recent years of my career. I have some union experience, though nothing large-scale yet, and I’m eager to grow in that space. I’ve built systems from scratch, kept complex projects on track, and brought calm to the kind of chaos this field throws at you daily.

I’m resourceful. When a production company needed help with their books, I didn’t flinch—I taught myself how to handle the accounting and, before I knew it, I’d accidentally become an IATSE production accountant. That opened the door to line producing and financial oversight roles I hadn’t planned for—but I adapted, figured it out, and delivered. That’s the kind of resourcefulness and curiosity I bring to every project. It’s how I solve problems, learn quickly, and show up where I’m needed most.

Along the way, I’ve also operated in the marketing, communications, and events space (another resume I have)—another area where I thrive. I know how to align creative with brand messaging, engage audiences, and help campaigns come to life across channels.

While I have my sights set on becoming a Head of Production—or moving into an adjacent leadership role—I know there's more to learn to step into that space in the scripted world fully. I’m eager to expand my skills in ways that will better prepare me, and I’m equally open to opportunities that let me contribute while I grow. That could mean assisting a director or producer (I’m intuitive, detail-oriented, and pride myself on anticipating needs), diving deeper into areas like copyright, clearance, or product placement (where I have some experience but want more), or working under a VP of Finance where I can continue to sharpen and apply my production finance skills. I’m also open to taking on roles or responsibilities I haven’t yet imagined—as the industry evolves, I want to evolve with it. I’m not precious about titles—I just want to bring value, learn, and keep growing in this industry.

My first love was Film, and I’m not ready to give up on this industry or my dreams just yet. If you’re hiring—or know someone who is or will be soon—I’d love to connect. Thank you for your time!
